Conformance Rule: Cardinality must be 0..1 for Shared Health List-Allergies and 0..2 for Shared Health Pharmacy-related Observation (i.e. 1 for height and 1 for weight) as per bundle

Conformance Rule: When sending this is the current list of allergies and observation for the patient from the sending system and should not include or replay back any information that is received in an incoming message.

Conformance Rule: Only 1 allergy list, 1 weight and 1 height observation can be sent per bundle. If different values need to be sent that are specific to one medication order that must be sent as part of the pharmacist instructions or note data elements instead.
